This article
from the Telegraph (link below) illustrates very well
the power that nature can have over us to
help relieve stress. Apparently certain smells
release good chemicals in us which help us to relax
and feel good. That explains why a good walk in the
countryside does the trick for me when I'm feeling
under pressure.
